We aren't ONE but DIVIDED
One race collide
I'm sitting at my office desk, next to me is my colleague Patrick, who is also a foreigner from Zimbabwe who has the same skin color as an ordinary South-African man, same problems and same issues but even more over because of the nasty looks and comments they get on the streets. what really baffles me is the treatment that one black person can give to another without even thinking twice about what he/ she is going through or to even find out what the reason behind them residing in SA.

South Africans need to think back at Apartheid times and remember how it felt like when the guns when pointing at them and maybe reconsider their actions towards foreigners.

true indeed Refilwe these so called job stealers are hard wokers they are willing to do the things that we South Africans don`t want to do, lol you and I both know that Patrick is a hard worker he deserves better but because of the Foreign Label we give them they are oppressed yet we say we are in a democratic county A rainbow Nation do we even know the meaning of that, South Africans need to understand that blood was shed people died for us to live the lives that we have today why should we deny others this freedom that was granted to us.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't have said it better Zinhle. We need to treat people the very same way we would like to be treated, also reviewing the ways our ancestors used to be treated.
